<p><strong>General Description</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company’s HR operations. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and building and developing HR teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Baghdad, Iraq</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.</li><li>Manage and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related business needs and issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers and provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.</li><li>Build and develop a strong HR team and provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.</li><li>Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.</li><li>Manage and oversee HR budget and ensure that resources are effectively allocated.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Competencies and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of leading HR initiatives and managing HR operations.</li><li>Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Experience managing employee relations and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.</li><li>Experience building and developing HR teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Language Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written</li><li>Additional language skills are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
