<strong>Role Summary</strong><p><br></p>Responsible for the manage, operation and maintenance of Container Systems, the scope include TOS (Terminal Operating System), GOS (Gate Operating System), VBS (Vehicle Booking System), Reefer System, Semi-automate and Full-automate systems, UN/EDIFACT (the United Nations rules for Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport), systems Interfaces, and others complementary container systems for OXAGON Port.<p><br></p>Responsible of identify improvements and gather new request of users. Analyze, design, and implement<p><br></p>enhancement in the systems, align to NEOM/OXAGON architecture standard and Cybersecurity policies.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provide support to user of Containers Systems like to TOS, GOS, VBS, and others complementary containers systems. </li><li> Provide technical support to UN/EDIFACT, Systems Interfaces, Reefer system, Semi&Full Automate systems. </li><li> Responsible for the administration and set up of Container TOS systems like to TOS, GOS, VBS, EDI, System Interfaces. </li><li> Perform the annual and monthly preventive maintenance plan for the Containers Systems like TOS, GOS, VBS, Reefer, Semi/Full Automate Container systems, include coordination with user area, Port Server Expert, Port Communication Expert and OXAGON IT. </li><li> Perform the upgrade of container systems version, assure the correct operation of the system and the integration with other systems, include coordination with user area, Port Server Expert, Port Communication Expert and OXAGON IT. </li><li> Tracking and monitoring the performance of the systems, detecting early any issues on its, minimize impact to operations and customer services. </li><li> Perform the Disaster Recovery Plans for OXAGON Port’s systems applications as well as participate on the execution of test and validation of recovery systems. </li><li> Participate and execute the Quality Control for OXAGON Port’s systems applications. Execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process. </li><li> Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent. </li><li> Develop, analyze, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, use cases and flowcharts for developers and testers. </li><li> Analyze, Design, Implement and Test new systems applications. </li><li> Work with application development team and Port Server Expert to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures. </li><li> Work with Port Communication Expert to prepare and maintenance the wireless communication network in the operational zone to support the Mobile Operation in the Yard. </li><li> Ability to maintain cooperative working and positively communicate relationships with team and customers to interact with all levels within NEOM, OXAGON and external Parties. </li><li> Ability to comprehend, analyze, and provide solutions for complex business issues with multiple stakeholder requirements. </li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically to Information Technology, system designs, application configuration. </li><li> High energy, enthusiastic and proactive self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast- moving environment </li><li> Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines. </li><li> Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally. </li><li> Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills. </li><li> Good interpersonal skills written and verbal. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education & Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in information technology, industry engineering or related fields. </li><li> Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Visio, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Power BI. </li><li> High level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2014/16/19 is a plus. </li><li> Knowledge of Business Intelligent and Data analytics. </li><li> Desirable knowledge about Agile methodology for Projects. </li><li> Desirable knowledge about Scrum Master. </li><li> Project Management Professional preferred. </li><li> 5+ years in container terminals and shipping industry and/or shipping industry. </li><li> Proven experience with IT system application implementations teams. </li><li> Strong understanding of Container terminals and shipping technologies, experience working with TOS (i.e., Navis N4, Envision iPortMan, TBA Commtrac, TSB CATHOS, or other of word-class TOS), Gate Operation System, Container Operations, Terminal CCTV, among other port solutions. </li><li> Experience defining, implementing, and testing systems interfaces between Port systems and ERP, Customs and Customer Portals systems. </li><li> Knowledge about Agile methodology for Projects. </li><li> Critical thinking ability, strong problem-solving capacity, Project management skills</li></ul>
