Join us and be a part of a thriving community of visionary catalysts shaping the future.<p><br></p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE</strong><p><br></p>We are seeking an experienced and confident individual to join our team as an [Analyst/Senior Anlayst, Board &amp; Committees]. The role will support the delivery of the Board &amp; Committee cycle across TONOMUS and its subsidiaries. You will be supporting Senior Executives from across the business in the creation and timely delivery of high-quality materials to support decision making at Board and Committee meetings. You will also be responsible for creating first draft minutes and recording actions at those meetings. There is plenty of opportunity to liaise will colleagues from across NEOM in the delivery of best-practice corporate governance and the planning of board/committee cycles.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support senior executives in creating high-quality board/committee papers, and ensuring their timely delivery, for presentation at the Board and Committees of our three subsidiaries.</li><li>Support the preparation cycle for the Senior Executive team, plan and deliver paper review meetings and meeting dry-runs.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives;</li><li>Work with colleagues’ from across the business in planning and execution of board and committee cycles;</li><li>Liaising with group functions who oversee corporate governance on a group-wide basis.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience taking minutes and ability to create and follow up on actions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.</li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Project management experience and/or a qualification in corporate governance is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in a corporate governance role or a related field, i.e., Board Secretary / Chief of Staff’s office.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field.
