<p><strong>Job brief</strong></p><p><span>We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team and monitor all HR functions.</span></p><p><span>Your responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, establishing company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role you must have a good understanding of the full recruitment cycle and a solid knowledge of employment legislation.</span></p><p><span>Ultimately, you will promote a healthy Work location by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages</span></li><li><span>Implement training and development plans</span></li><li><span>Anticipate staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly</span></li><li><span>Recruitment</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement human resource policies across the organization</span></li><li><span>Handling and responding to employee inquiries</span></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field</span></li><li><span>Minimum one year of experience in the field of Human Resources</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company culture</strong></p><ul><li><span>Work location: Cairo / Nasr City</span></li><li><span>Working hours: 8 hours.
