Carrier’s Fire &amp; Security Products (FSP) business, a subsidiary of Carrier, builds technology that saves lives and protects property by offering leading fire and security systems solutions globally.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>As a <strong>S</strong><strong>enior Sales Engineer, </strong>your main responsibilities will include:<br><br><ul><li>Identifying and developing new business opportunities</li><li>Providing technical expertise to clients and prospects, including conducting product demonstrations and providing technical explanations of products and services</li><li>Having a good experience for the centrifugal business</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring that they remain satisfied with the products and services they receive.</li><li>Staying up-to-date with industry trends, including changes in technology and market trends, in order to provide the most effective solutions to clients.</li><li>Establishing prospects and developing a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.</li><li>Aiding in and supporting business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.</li><li>Prospecting bid opportunities, participating in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.</li><li>Developing new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.</li><li>Identifying prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.</li><li>Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.</li><li>Attending trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>To be successful in the role of <strong>Senior Sales Engineer,</strong> you need to have:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>5 years’ experience in sales activities</li><li>Experience in HVAC, construction field or similar</li><li>Experience in managing project development</li><li>Extraordinary interpersonal skills and customer focus</li><li>Great English and Arabic skills both spoken and written<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our commitment to you<br><br></strong>Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
