As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our diverse portfolio of properties, while also actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires exceptional organisational skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Property Management:</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement property management strategies, including budgeting, lease administration, and maintenance planning.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond promptly and effectively to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Business Development:</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities to expand the company’s property portfolio, including acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, demand, and potential target markets.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and enhance the company’s market position.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, developers, and real estate agents.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients and investors.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the property management and real estate sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and local regulations.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a driven individual with a passion for property management and business development, along with an understanding of the Dubai real estate market, we would love to hear from you.
