<strong>The opportunity</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project: </strong>This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.<p><br></p>Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.<p><br></p>This opportunity is for a Saudi national only.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Examining the design consultants to maximise quality and value while minimising the risk profile for the project. </li><li>Managing third-party and client technical and constructability reviews of deliverables. </li><li>Managing designer procurement, contracts, and performance. </li><li>Engaging the technical resources required to challenge the designers to obtain the most beneficial balance of quality, value, and risk overall. </li><li>Providing regular progress reports on all the above to the project manager. </li><li>Checking all construction issue information. </li><li>Monitoring the drawing production progress. </li><li>Managing the information flow. </li><li>Managing the incorporation of any comments. </li><li>Checking the drawings and confirming approvals for the issue. </li><li>Liaising with document controller for publication and down-loading of drawings. </li><li>Ensuring the correct drawing procedure. </li><li>Providing reports on planning and process. </li><li>Ensuring correct specification as advised. </li><li>Liaising with the planning manager. </li><li>Providing input into O&M manuals. </li><li>Assisting in the provision of an effective and efficient, high-quality engineering design. </li><li>Managing and assisting in the management of the project involving the construction of special-to-type equipment. </li><li>Ensuring that all information relating to projects and assets is accurately recorded and stored appropriately. </li><li>Drafting of procurement/technical submission programme. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>You have a degree in design, project management and construction discipline, multi-disciplinary design team exposure, you are CAD proficient/Revit, and you have presentation ability, MS Word proficiency, and middle east experience a definitive advantage.<p><br></p>You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and be part of strong, motivated teams.
