Job Description
<p><span>The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the production, assembly, and servicing of all products with respect to food safety rules and regulations, municipal regulations, and franchisors’ brand quality and cleanliness standards.</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Audit and ensure all food safety standards align with local legislation and brand standards in restaurants and central production units across KSA.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct restaurant operation review (ROR) audits to evaluate brand standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the quality and food safety systems in the central production unit.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Supplier quality assurance program.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct HACCP and food safety management training for the staff.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Resolving all quality and food safety issues related to the operation.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Internal Audit Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
