<p><strong><u>Title:</u></strong> Graphic Artist Position</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Location: </u></strong>Jounieh / Daroun/Harissa- Lebanon</p><p><br></p><p>Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.</p><p><br></p><p>At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist who is highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. The Graphic Artist plays a key role in the overall creative process, taking the Art Director’s creative layouts to produce technically correct high-quality printer-ready files. He/She must have an advanced knowledge of relevant computer programs and an understanding of print production, image compression, color correction and optimization techniques to ensure the highest quality product.</p><p><br></p><p> The Graphic Artist will originate the mechanical stage of all layouts, determines photo quality standards, retouching and color proofing needs as well as overall quality control checks. He will provide instructions or directly assembles and prepares final layouts for printer.</p><p><br></p><p>** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p>1. Collaborate with Product Development Team to build technically correct high-quality printer-ready files.</p><ol><li>Hands-on computer operator (MAC) working with relevant MAC Adobe design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Quark Express, Acrobat, MS Suite, Preflight, layout and design.</li><li>Show flexibility in executing mechanicals with a wide range of creative styles and brands, both client and agency focused.</li><li>Take direction and see a job through from concept to completion.</li></ol><p>5. The day-to-day work would be completing requested designs and mechanicals for customers.</p><p>o Designs include flat and 3D illustrations</p><p>o Example includes recoloring jersey designs and adding customer crest, applying new print s and colors to existing jerseys, creating booklets including match and training.</p><p>6. Creating logo and print mechanicals. Mechanical must be ready for printing production.</p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p>1. Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Illustration, Studio Art, Graphic Design, or related field with 3 years of experience</p><ol><li>Use of computer tools/design tools used to perform role; ability to efficiently utilize computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Entourage)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint and Visio.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience with the following:</li></ol><ul><li>Graphic arts reproduction processes and color management systems</li><li>Information Technology terms, concepts and designs</li></ul><ol><li>Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills</li></ol><p>8. Knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.</p><p> </p><p>Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
