Job Description

<p>Structural BIM engineer with working experience in BIM (Revit structural) </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Convert architectural DWG files into 3D structural models using Revit Structural.</li><li>Prepare Structural Precast Shop DWG drawings using Revit Structural.</li><li>Review and validate structural Revit models with stakeholders.</li><li>Generate Precast Fabrication DWG drawings using Revit Structural Add-ons.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job-Specific Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>BIM Engineer capable of creating precast shop drawings and fabrication drawings for precast elements based on approved precast shop drawings.</li><li>Familiarity with BIM model requirements, including LOD (Level of Detail), naming conventions, and parametric modeling.</li><li>Proficiency in using Revit Structural software.</li><li>Preferably, a background in precast construction.</li><li>Ability to create parametric Revit families.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and standards, as well as derive new concepts from them.</li><li>Strong time management, planning, and organizing skills.</li><li>Ability to produce comprehensive building sections, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.</li><li>Familiarity with Navisworks is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience working in the Middle East is desirable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
