<p>Job Title: Osteopath Medical/Clinical Director</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary: </p><p><span>We are a holistic wellness therapy center seeking an inspired and passionate Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Licensed Osteopath to join our team and be our Medical/Clinical Director. The successful candidate will be eager to work with colleagues from various fields, including complimentary and alternative approaches (such as psychology, homeopathy, dietician, etc.), and to enrich the quality of wellbeing services that we seek to offer to our clients. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys being part of a wellness team dedicated to creating a unique space in Dubai. </span></p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><p><span>• Lead, inspire and support the team to provide the highest quality of care and to thrive in their areas of expertise. </span></p><p><span>• Collaborate with the Managing Director and the team to create the vision and culture of the center.</span></p><p><span>• Perform the duties of the Clinical/Medical Director outlined by the DHA</span></p><p>• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine the cause of their symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans. </p><p>• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs, goals and medical history.</p><p>•Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. </p><p>• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and prevent future injuries. </p><p>• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide integrated care for the client. </p><p>• Have a holistic mindset for health and wellness and be excited to educate clients on preventative and strengthening wellness practices such as Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Qiqong and so on.</p><p>• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed. </p><p>• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of osteopathy. </p><p>• Complete Continuing Education Credits or Continuing Professional Development credits and any other DHA requirements to be able to maintain and renew their DHA license in a timely manner.</p><p>• Participate enthusiastically in clinical team meetings to discuss cases, offer and receive support, share insights, and contribute to the sense of mutual support within the team.</p><p>• <span>Participate enthusiastically in meetings to strengthen the center’s goals of fostering authenticity, holistic health and wellbeing values in general. </span></p><p>• Inform the Managing Director of any concerns related to issues in clinical practice, work-flow and community concerns in order to maintain optimum quality care and team culture at the center.</p><p>• Adhere to ethical standards and follow all regulations related to osteopathy practice in Dubai, the UAE and the licensing board of their original license (if applicable).</p><p>• Be familiar with, and follow, the center’s policies and regulations.</p><p>Requirements: </p><p>Candidates interested in this exciting opportunity to work with us should have:</p><p>• Master’s degree in Osteopathy and a valid DHA license to practice osteopathy in the UAE </p><p>• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an Osteopath. </p><p>• Specialization in Craniosacral Therapy preferred</p><p>• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques. </p><p>• Experience and interest in focusing therapeutic modalities to address the following issues:</p><p>- Acute and Chronic Pain</p><p>- Anxiety</p><p>- Depression</p><p>- Digestive Issues</p><p>- Emotion Dysregulation</p><p>- Fibromyalgia</p><p>- Inflamation Issues</p><p>- Jaw Dysfunction</p><p>- Migraines and other headaches</p><p>- Prenatal/Perinatal Pregnancy Support</p><p>- Premenstrual Syndrom, Menopause</p><p>- Sleep Disturbance</p><p>- Stress and Trauma Related Issues</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic patient-centered approach. </p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </p><p>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. </p><p>• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.</p><p>If you are a skilled and compassionate Osteopath looking for an exciting opportunity to work as part of a high-quality holistic boutique wellbeing center near downtown Dubai, we encourage you to apply for this role.</p><p>Top of Form</p><p> </p>
