If you have a real estate background experience with strong sales skills let’s meet.</p><p><br></p><p>The right person should be able to be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, developing an ethical approach and understanding the property market focusing on the area assigned to them.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.</li><li>Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.</li><li>Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions!</li><li>Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment advisor to our clients.</li><li>Building strong relationships with Developers, Owners, Sellers and Buyers</li><li>Conducting listing and viewing appointments</li><li>Self-generation of new property listings and new business from our own client database</li><li>Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord &amp; developer</li><li>Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds to the transaction, and liaising with all interested parties.</li><li>Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.</li><li>Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.</li><li>Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.</li><li>Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns</li><li>Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.)</li><li>Coordinate property auctions or exchanges</li><li>Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.</li><li>Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders.</li><li>Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Be able to produce and disseminate written and oral reports in English to present findings along with recommendation. </li><li>Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems.</li><li>Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.</li><li>Must have attained a minimum of High School level of qualification. </li><li>Must possess a driver’s license and a vehicle to operate in the UAE. </li><li>Must be proficient in PC skills. </li><li>Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in the local UAE Real Estate market.</li><li>Complete a follow up, thank you notes and/or return calls to prospects. </li><li>Maintain current tenant files. </li><li>Develop an understanding of the market, trends, prices and update on property laws and regulations. </li><li>Attend to trainings as instructed by the company. </li><li>Adheres to the company’s policies and procedures at all times. </li><li>Carry out other related duties as assigned from time to time. </li><li>Valid Driving license.</li></ul>
