<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>Purple Rock IT Solutions,, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer Team Lead to join our growing team. The IT Service Engineer Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of IT Service Engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical excellence, leadership, and customer service, and will be passionate about delivering innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a team of IT Service Engineers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and concerns</li><li>Plan, design, and implement network and infrastructure solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with client needs and requirements</li><li>Provide system administration support for servers, storage, and virtualization, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards</li><li>Configure, deploy, and manage cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and AWS, ensuring that they are secure and compliant</li><li>Monitor and maintain system security and compliance, ensuring that clients’ data is protected at all times</li><li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and to provide guidance and support on complex projects</li><li>Manage client relationships, ensuring that we are meeting their needs and that they are satisfied with our services</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and project status, and ensure that all team members are kept up-to-date</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and provide guidance and advice to clients on how to leverage them</li><li>Cross collaboration with the sales team to develop solutions that best fit the needs of our client base.</li><li>Assist with project planning and resource estimation for new projects</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operational, product/solution, and service delivery functions across all lines of business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including managing IT services for clients</li><li>Knowledge of network design and implementation, system administration, cloud services, and security management</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
