<p>Muller and Phipps ME is looking for a Head of Distribution-IR Channel, if you have the qualification please send your CV to: info@mulphico.com.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>· Hands-on management of a team of van sales executives and supervisors to ensure that company processes and procedures are followed whilst delivering the monthly and annual sales targets.</p><p>· Represent all aspects of the IR sales channel in internal senior management meetings and external vendor meetings.</p><p>· Responsible for managing and delivering the IR sales channel receivables in line with the customer-agreed credit periods.</p><p>· Set and monitor achievement against channel KPI’s, SOP’s and annual budgets.</p><p>· Responsible for the complete administration, delivery & communications regarding the IR sales channel.</p><p>· Design of daily reporting dashboards to monitor daily sales, daily distribution, inventory management, and financial results and payments.</p><p>·Propose and implement strategies to expand both micro and wholesale distribution.</p><p>·Manages the distribution sales plan to ensure revenue/profitability is in line with the company budget and growth plan.</p><p>·Supervise monthly/quarterly department productivity with recommendations to improve the overall sales channel productivity.</p><p>·Create sales proposal presentation responses and negotiates them commercially with the vendors. EG bundles, promotions, etc</p><p>·Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.</p><p>·Talent acquisition and development strategies to improve sales executive productivity.</p><p>·Negotiate and deliver realistic targets with vendors.</p><p>·Responsible for training, management, and development of Sales and Supervisor staff.</p><p>·Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base and increase account profitability.</p><p>·Ensure delivery of revenue, receivables, and margin over and above the budget by increasing sales, sell-out, and profitability from each account.</p><p>·Commercially manage the trade-off between cost and service levels.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><p> · Hands-on approach, flexible, strong attention to detail, and a “can do “ attitude</p><p>· Self-motivated with developed managerial skills.</p><p>· Commercially and financially astute with strategic management awareness.</p><p>· Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.</p><p>· Encourages teamwork.</p><p>· Promotes two-way open and honest communication.</p><p>·Able to communicate at all levels and build good business relationships with both internal and external customers.</p><p>·Ability to grasp new concepts, respect and understand different cultures, and work ethics.</p><p>·Has the ability to meet tight deadlines and the flexibility to adapt to unexpected and sudden changes.</p><p>·Actively seeks to build profitable relationships with all prospective and existing customers.</p><p>·Consultative sales approach.</p><p>·Excellent problem-solving skills and results orientated. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Minimum 5 years experience.</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>Bachelor or higher education certificate.</p>
