<p>A leading Luxury Automotive company is looking for an experienced Workshop Storekeeper. The primary responsibility is to exercise control over day-to-day administration and operation of the luxury vehicles workshop, including but not limited to issuing purchase order, sourcing &amp; storage of materials, procurement of quotations from supplier, maintenance of stock, inventory of tools and equipment and following up on related tasks.</p><p> </p><p>Should possess sound understanding of the technical aspects of the luxury automobile workshop operations and have excellent organizational and communication skills to liaison with suppliers, consumers, workshop staff, and management. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Keep inventory and raise purchase order to suppliers for workshop consumable lubricants, spare parts etc.</li><li>Identify optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies, taking into account factors such as price, availability, and quality.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers, track order status, and ensure timely procurement of material.</li><li>Monitor quantity and quality of order materials and ensure all items are properly documented and accounted for.</li><li>Process payments invoices and maintain proper records.</li><li>Obtain pre-approvals on quotes, ensuring all purchases are properly authorized.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of pricing, changes in parts, and technical service bulletins.</li><li>Ensure safety standards and regarding the stored item to prevent hazard.</li><li>Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as any other relevant software applications or systems.</li><li>Report to Operations Manager of any discrepancies / trace causes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Required Skill-Set:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>High School Diploma.</li><li>5 years’ experience as a Store Keeper handling automobile materials warranties &amp; claims.</li><li>Customer management and coordination experience</li><li>Proficient in English, Arabic language would be advantageous.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office</li></ul><p></p>
