Automotive Operations Supervisor

<p>A leading automotive company is looking for Automotive Operations Supervisor to support Operations Manager in assessing automotive acquisition needs, complying with environmental regulations and laws, procuring parts and supplies, coordinating repairing services, and collaborating with other company departments.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support the Operations Manager on day-to-day task.</li><li>Managing the relationship with our clients, making sure that they are satisfied.</li><li>Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.</li><li>Be responsible for the success metrics for customer SLAs, facility operational and financial performance.</li><li>Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer.</li><li>Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly refilled, for all service customers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.</li><li>Keep track of inventory to ensure that fast-moving parts are stocked and available.</li><li>Managing the relationship with our spare parts provider.</li><li>Responsible for achieving assigned upselling sales targets for the company services.</li><li>Train and coach all team member.</li><li>Supply valuable reporting and metrics related to operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Required Skill Set:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry</li><li>Proficient in English</li><li>Proficient in MS Office</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Knowledge of operational principles and policies</li><li>skills and attention to detail</li><li>Team leadership</li></ul><p></p>
