<strong>Job Title: </strong>Operation Analysis Contact Centre<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi<br><br><strong>Industry:</strong> Medical or Health Care<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 – 5 Years<br><br><strong>Language</strong> : Excellent in English<br><br><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Position of Operation Analyst within the Contact Centre is responsible for processing and analysing complex data, creating visual presentations and business documents as well as Workforce Management related tasks which includes but not limited to forecasting, skill management, scheduling and administrative support to the Contact Center.</li><li>This position is also responsible for analyzing actual performance against performance metrics, reports on actual utilization against forecasted volumes.</li><li>This position is also required to identify areas of improvement, to give feedback to Management about opportunities of improvement.</li></ul>
