<p><strong>Job brief:</strong></p><p>1. Perform visual & Technical coordination between disciplines.</p><p>2. Distribute the resulted clashes & conflicts to disciplines.</p><p>3. Work with project teams to develop and implement Building Information Models.</p><p>4. Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues that may arise.</p><p>5. Technical support for all the Revit team users of the office team.</p><p>6. Assist project teams with modelling for the families needed within the project.</p><p>7. Assist the project team with model visualizations.</p><p>8. Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.</p><p>2. +5 years of experience in the same job position.</p><p>3. 3+ years’ experience as a BIM engineer.</p><p>4. In-depth knowledge of</p><p>AutoCAD, Revit (LOD 400-500), Robot structural analysis, Navisworks, Dynamo, 3DS Max, Ms. Office, Lumion, Sketch up and Interoperability.</p><p>5. Solid Experience with various MEP systems.</p><p>6. Aware of various BIM standards.</p><p>7. High attention to details.</p><p>8. Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team.</p><p>9. Excellent organizational skills.</p><p>10.
