Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> · Lead and manage a team of developers and IT professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.</p><p>· Oversee and coordinate WordPress development projects, ensuring that best practices and coding standards are followed.</p><p>· Manage hosting, data backup, recovery, maintenance, security, and migration tasks for cloud and local data.</p><p>· Perform app/web server administration, optimization, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks as needed.</p><p>· Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving network, hardware, software, and performance issues.</p><p>· Supervise the installation, monitoring, and management of servers, switches, access points, security systems, and access control devices.</p><p>· Utilize front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, to develop and maintain websites.</p><p>· Develop and modify WordPress core and plugins using PHP back-end development skills.</p><p>· Experience with Python to enable task automation and seamless integration with third-party APIs.</p><p>· Analyze website performance and troubleshoot errors, ensuring optimal user experience.</p><p>· Work with Cloudflare Pro, and Cloudways as needed.</p><p>· Manage website back-end, including database and server integration.</p><p>· Collaborate with team members to maintain best practices and improve workflows.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p>· At least +3 years of experience in WordPress development.</p><p>· Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.</p><p>· Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.</p><p>· Strong communication and leadership abilities.</p><p>· Strong understanding of Python.</p><p>· Experience in Self-Managed VPS hosting is a plus.</p>
