<p>Hunting is looking for an experienced <strong>Operations Material Controller</strong> <span>who will be responsible for the selection and processing of orders, equally the receipt delivery and dispatch of goods in an effective, safe and timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s processes and procedures. The Job Holder will also assist in general Yard and Stores maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.&nbsp;Ensuring work equipment and areas are clean, safe and fit for purpose.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Liaising with staff responsible for purchasing, to maintain awareness of upcoming deliveries and assist with expediting to ensure that suppliers deliver on time</li><li>Liaising with QC department to ensure timely inspection of purchased and delivered goods</li><li>Performing Forklift and Electric Pallet truck duties for loading and unloading of racks and vehicles</li><li>Ensuring the packaging of goods for shipping are done effectively and in a timely manner</li><li>Delivering of orders to the customer in a timely manner.&nbsp;This will be occasional and local deliveries only</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all imports in order to meet the requirements of OSC and Dubai customs</li><li>Recording the delivery of purchased and delivered goods from external suppliers, following QC checks by Inspection</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Applicants will have</span><strong> </strong>demonstrable experience in stores environment, or similar role and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ERP system, ideally Microsoft AX.
