Job Role Responsibilities<p><br></p>Commercial<p><br></p><ul><li> Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills</li><li> Good knowledge of Polymers and MEAF market</li><li> Achieve sustainable market development in targeted applications</li><li> Develop new customers/ applications/ segments</li><li> Maximize value addition by focusing on value added developments</li><li> Help building pipeline of sales opportunities</li><li> Develop new territories, develop new markets for existing applications</li><li> Gather market intelligence, trends, and drivers</li><li> Knowledge of managing promotional activities</li><li> Implementation of strategic marketing initiative as agreed with Senior leadership management</li></ul><p><br></p>Cross function coordination<p><br></p><ul><li> Collaborate with marketing sales to develop new customers /applications</li><li> Work in tandem with technology team on prioritizing trials, addressing quality issues, new product developments at customers</li><li> Develop effective working relationship with Customer support</li></ul><p><br></p>Leadership quality<p><br></p><ul><li> Eager to do more</li><li> Collaborative approach, team player</li><li> Learning and sharing</li><li> Positive attitude</li><li> Techno-commercial mind set. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of sales / marketing experience in Polymer or Chemical or Petro Chemical Industries. </li></ul><p><br></p>Alternate Location:<p><br></p>Nothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
