<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in our industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction</li><li>Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients</li><li>Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives, and propose customized solutions to meet their requirements.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the same or similar industry</li><li>Dubai experience is a plus</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
