<p>Job Title: Systems Engineer – Information Security.</p><p>Department: Operation – Technical.</p><p>Reporting To: Service Delivery Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Summary:</strong></p><p>The System Engineer – Information Security is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and delivery of customer’s requirements of Information Security Solutions, along with coordinating complex projects. Skillfully resolve and support Service Desk assigned incidents, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, customer experience. This position requires excellent technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, customer centric and highly professional.</p><p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>• Design, implementation, documentation, and consulting services for security related projects of multiple security vendors including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Infoblox, Symantec, amongst others.</p><p>• Evaluate, design, develop, implement, and integrate security solutions may include, but are not limited to network security, endpoint system security, data protection, Anti-Malware solutions, Anti-Virus, VPN, SIEM, SOAR, NAC, content filtering technologies, malware analysis and protection.</p><p>• Should have a strong insight on prevalent and upcoming technologies and a good sense of recommending the best solution to customers.</p><p>• Be involved in technical presales activities on an ad-hoc basis, providing design propositions, bill of quantities and implementation methodology.</p><p>• Acting as a subject matter expert, this role will build, consult, validate, and verify infrastructure solutions. </p><p>• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.</p><p>• Communication and coordination with PMO, to keep them updated with all project updates, issues and project timelines, escalations etc.</p><p><strong>Educational Requirements: </strong></p><p>• A University Degree in Information Technology or any other related field.</p><p><strong>Additional Certifications:</strong></p><p>• Other Vendor product certifications – Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint etc. will be an added advantage.</p><p><strong>Work Experience: </strong></p><p>• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working with a Solution Provider or Integrator</p>
