<p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> Assistant Product Manager Credit Cards&nbsp;</p><p><strong>INDUSTRY:</strong> Banking</p><p><strong>DEPT.:</strong> Personal Banking&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>To Support Product Manager and Head of Cards in Developing, executing and managing Products Business plan and portfolio, taking into account the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite; aiming for market dominance and achieving operational control and service excellence, while remaining aligned with the overall KSA Personal Banking Strategy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Support Head of Cards Products and Product Manager Credit Cards in the development, refinement and execution of the KSA Product’s strategy.</li><li>Support the development of full-fledged business proposition leveraging digitisation especially on distribution to capture growing opportunities.</li><li>Support the development and continuous enhancement of products and services in order to exploit market opportunities, differentiate the bank’s offering and meet/fit customer needs.</li><li>Close coordination with the sales team with the objective of growth of the cards base and profitability.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective achievement of product objectives, in line with defined governance framework.</li><li>Continuous analysis of competing brands (Market Scan)</li><li>360 Portfolio analysis.</li><li>Manage and create Product documents including SLA’s and procedures.</li><li>Support Project management to manage and execute all aspects of products design, manual, implementation, processes, client interface and IT elements.</li><li>Support and improve Portfolio Profitability while delivering on an extremely challenging budget and ensure cost optimization.</li><li>Handle and coordinate complaints related to product.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls, operating procedures, management restructuring and impact of new technology.</li><li>Ensure all revenant business reports are developed and enhanced.</li><li>Furnish regular MIS reports and on ‘ad-hoc’ and periodic basis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB CONTEXT:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly gather, analyze and synthesize information.</li><li>Detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter with ability to perform tasks with limited guidance and in an efficient and timely manner as an individual and in a team environment</li><li>Experience working effectively across functional areas.</li><li>Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.</li><li>Ability to perform with minimal supervision.</li><li>Achieve deadlines and perform under high pressure situations</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to express ideas in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualification:</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p><p>4 years’ relevant experience in Credit cards product development</p>
