<ul><li>Improve Company’s clients portfolio by continuously scouting and visiting new and already existing clients, projects sites and all potential sources of business;</li><li>Achieve the unit’s targets in terms of sales, collection, market growth.</li><li>Scout for new business opportunities for the Company: clients, projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong><em>Customer Relations Management</em></strong></p><ul><li><span>In all interactions with third parties and existing or potential customers, promotes the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability and technical knowledgeableness, and upholds the high standards of the company.</span></li><li><span>Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers via regular visits to enquire on ongoing projects, and to present Gazzaoui International products range.</span></li><li><span>Create a knowledge base on existing customers highlighting profile, share, value opportunities, etc.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales</strong></p><ul><li><span>In case of new clients, enquires on their status and makes recommendations as to their categorization regarding applicable discounts & payment conditions, and submit to BU manager for approval.</span></li><li><span>Fill the Project Check List/ inquiry email after clients visits and present it to the Sales Support/ Senior techno commercial Executive to issue a complete quotation;</span></li><li><span>Prepare offers based on the quotation received from the Senior techno commercial Executive and apply the company’s pricing & discount policy per customer and product type.</span></li><li><span>Negotiate quotations with clients, take into consideration their remarks and feedback and reviews the offers as deemed appropriate while remaining within the limits of the company’s set pricing policy. Seek advice from BU Manager.</span></li><li><span>Send quotations to sales assistant for final formatting and documents preparation, review before sending to clients.</span></li><li><span>Verify stock availability of quoted items, enquire on lead times, and inform customers of delivery terms in case of running projects.</span></li><li><span>According to BU Manager information regarding stock availability, informs customers regarding delivery.</span></li><li><span>Prepare sales orders and submit to BU manager for final approval.</span></li><li><span>Collects client’s ID/information, fills the Client Account Opening Sheet and submits it to BU manager to fix the credit limit and for approval;</span></li><li><span>Follow up on the resolution of clients’ problems and complaints.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate sales effort with other company’s staff (marketing, invoicing, accounting, logistics and technical bureau) for creation of account (if applicable), delivery and invoicing in order to ensure client’s satisfaction.</span></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>After Sales</strong></p><ul><li><span>Arranges On-site Kick-off Meeting and Introduces Project Coordinator to Customer / Representative</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with Project Coordinator regarding claims of defect items and visit clients on site only if requested.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Target Setting & Achievement</strong></p><ul><li><span>Participate in sales forecast by collecting and reporting all relevant information.</span></li><li><span>Ensure sales targets are met, in terms of volume, product family.</span></li><li><span>Assume overall responsibility of collection for client portfolio.</span></li><li><span>Monitor clients’ credit limits and ensure their balances are within the acceptable ranges set by the company.</span></li><li><span>Follow up on payments and ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Market Feedback and reporting</strong></p><ul><li><span>Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, customer satisfaction, pricing, competition, and potential for new products and services to management via regular reports as per management request.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Engineering Diploma, (preferably </span><strong>electrical with Low current experience</strong><span>).</span></li><li><span>At least 2-3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.</span></li></ul><p></p>
