<strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>The “Lead, Financial Analytics” will support the Strategy &amp; Analytics team in the Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function. The Lead will be responsible for leading projects/activities, including but not limited to:<p><br></p><ul><li> Financial analytics: Take lead on supporting analyses within the support investor attraction effort across the 7 manufacturing clusters – e.g., due diligence on investor companies and business plans, and supporting analyses for financial incentive offerings </li><li> Data management: Lead development of data &amp; analytics foundation for Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function, incl. for strategy development, budgeting, business planning, deal data tracking, etc. </li><li> Strategic project management: Support of strategic projects and development of decision material for management. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support the development of the Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function’s annual plans and estimated budget in alignment with overall OXAGON strategy and business plan </li><li> Ensure the implementation of the function’s approved policies, procedures, and processes </li><li> Take a part in preparing regular reports on the function’s activities and achievements and suggestions for performance development </li></ul><p><br></p><u> Financial analytics </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Take lead on supporting analyses within the support investor attraction effort across the 7 manufacturing clusters </li><li> Due diligence on investor companies and business plans </li><li> Support manufacturing cluster leads in deal structuring and negotiations </li><li> Support deal data gathering and quantifications of the ‘NEOM value’ and corresponding financial incentives for different manufacturing deals </li></ul><p><br></p><u> Data management </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead development of data &amp; analytics foundation for Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function, incl. for strategy development, budgeting, business planning, deal data tracking, etc. </li><li> Support various analytical projects for strategy and planning purposes </li><li> Hold together the team’s master data related to the 7 prioritized manufacturing clusters, 40 sub-clusters and 128 manufacturing opportunities </li><li> Continuously improve and develop the data set to ensure up-to-date estimations on market capture and socio-economic benefits </li></ul><p><br></p><u> Strategic project management </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Support of strategic projects and development of decision material for management. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree/ preferably a master’s from an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Business, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines </li><li> Master’s in Business Administration is an added advantageProven experience in financial modelling / analysis and strategy development </li><li> Solid project management skills and with a track record of successful development and implementation of cross-functional projects </li><li> Strong stakeholder management capabilities and good interpersonal skills </li><li> Good business acumen, financial &amp; economic analysis, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning </li><li> Preferred experience from strategic or business consulting, or business developer or analyst role from corporate strategy function </li><li> Excellent analytical skills, and supreme proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li> Strong presentation skills and presentation preparation </li><li> Character and willingness to perform in a fast-paced, startup-like environment</li></ul>
