<p>We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing various types of home-care services based on customer needs. Working closely with the sales team, the Technical Support Specialist will provide customers with high quality technical support. </p><p><br></p><p>Duties of the role include documenting and reporting customer issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements for the role include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or medical field, or equivalent experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Candidates should also possess strong communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail. This role requires individuals to work both independently and as part of a team. By filling this role, we hope to offer our customers a top-notch service experience with satisfactory technical support.</p>
