<p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.</li><li>Raising awareness of the company’s Quality policy and training all concerned on established management system and coordinating activities to ensure understanding and implementation of QMS documentation.</li><li>Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.</li><li>Issuing QMS documents and / or reviewing them prior to release.</li><li>Issuing memos for communicating the requirements of the QMS to staff and management.</li><li>Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the performance of the implemented QMS and identifying the need for further improvements.</li><li>Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and need for improvement</li><li>Organizing and conducting Management System Audit as well as identifying and recording the problems related to Management System to initiate, correct or provide solution through designated channels.</li><li>Assigning members of the QMS Internal Audit team</li><li>Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformance of the QMS.</li><li>Co-coordinating, recording and monitoring of Corrective and Preventive action.</li><li>Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.</li></ul><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. MBA is a plus.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management System.</li><li>Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Foundation and ISO 19011:2011 Internal Audit.</li><li>Team-spirited, ability to work with and through people with a positive attitude towards company’s vision and values.</li><li>Ability to cope with changes, and crisis; skilled in conflict-resolution and problem-solving.</li><li>Leadership- Lead by example and inspire people in order to maintain high energy level, motivation, and commitment to reach the desired objectives.</li><li>Endowed with analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Assertive, yet flexible personality.</li><li>Technical Skills: Visio. MS Office. Exposure to SAP is a distinct plus</li><li>Read, speak, and write Arabic and English fluently. French is an asset.</li></ul><p></p>
