<br><p><span>An Opportunity to work with Numan Halls in Jordan, Looking for Reservation &amp; Sales Manger &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>About our client </strong></p><p><span>Numan Halls was established in 2007, specialized in weddings and events arrangements.</span></p><p><strong>Primary Function </strong></p><p><span>We are looking for a motivated and passionate Reservation &amp; Sales Officer to join our team, this role involves working with clients, identifying customers’ needs and tailoring the correct solutions.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that all staff members are trained on the venue’s policies and procedures, and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional service to clients.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Achieving certain targets Quarterly or yearly in terms of number of new active Accounts.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, and that client expectations are exceeded.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that all client requests are properly communicated to the operations team, and that events are planned and executed according to the client’s specifications.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing event timelines and schedules to ensure that all vendors and staff members are coordinated and on-time.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing the venue’s inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are properly maintained and replaced as needed.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing event budgets and expenses, ensuring that events are executed within budget and that all financial records are accurately maintained.</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that the venue remains competitive and compliant</span></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Qualification </strong></p><p> <span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li>Strong Communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve set sales targets</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to priorities various job demands.</li><li><span>High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results.</span></li><li><span>Proven track of a minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a sales Manager .</span></li><li><span>Charismatic leader who can inspire and motivate team.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills across all mediums – presentation, telephone; correspondence, face-to-face etc. </span></li><li><span>Ambitious and eager to learn, grow and further develop own career.</span></li><li><span>High level of common sense and high skill of problem solving and decision-making.</span></li><li><span>Excellent skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</span></li><li><span>Drive for results to outperform competition.</span></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p> <span>&nbsp;</span></p>
