You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team</p><p><br></p><p>About the role:</p><ul><li>Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, providing world-class candidate experiences from first contact to day one on the job</li><li>Partnering with hiring managers and providing coaching throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Working closely with the founders to set a hiring strategy and find suitable candidates for the jobs advertised.</li><li>Taking initiatives to iterate and improve recruitment processes.</li><li>Working and Liaising with the operations team and assisting them with daily operations </li></ul><p><br></p><p>About You:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>HR experience is preferable but not a requirement.</li><li>Have a high level of emotional intelligence </li><li>Be comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring</li><li>Have exceptional communication and organisation skills.</li><li>Be a genuinely nice person </li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p>Salary: $600 – $900</p><p>Job Type: Full time 9 am – 6 pm GMT</p>
