<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>1. leading, directing, and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.</p><p>2. revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.</p><p>3. generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.</p><p>4. Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers.</p><p>5. Supervise the shift that you are scheduled</p><p>6. Lead &amp; Supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.</p><p>7. Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.</p><p>8. Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for sale.</p><p>9. Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.</p><p>10. assist in human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff, and transferring or dismissing seasoned teams.</p><p>11. Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.</p><p>12. Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.</p><p>13. Plan, recommend, and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within the budgetary limit</p><p>14. coordinate meeting time schedule</p><p>15. Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience in Real Estate is a must</li><li>Proven Working experience minimum 4 years as a Team leader</li><li>A New Cairo resident and its environs are a must.</li><li>A good awareness of the New Cairo area</li><li>Time management, Communication, and People management skills</li><li>Good in English</li><li>Bachelor degree</li><li>Owning a car is a must</li><li>Salary range:- 10K till 12K</li><li>Commission + incentive</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Location:- EDNC mall east town sodic new Cairo</p><p>Please email your resume CV to info@iskan-realestate.com to apply.</p>
