<p>Job Title: Telesales Specialist (Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam Speakers)</p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>We are seeking highly motivated Telesales Specialists who are fluent in <strong>Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam</strong> and English. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in order to sell our products and services.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a scripted sales approach</li><li>Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets</li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions that customers may have</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales targets</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Fluency in Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam and English is required</li><li>Previous telesales experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul><p>We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as ongoing training and career development opportunities.
