<p><strong>F&amp;B Junior Retail Sales Representative</strong></p><p><strong>Premium Food Distribution </strong></p><p><strong>Dubai, UAE</strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Only applications in English will be taken into consideration</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A dynamic and ambitious Start-Up F&amp;B distribution company in Dubai – with their own new premium food product range is recruiting a Fresh-Minded and Dynamic Junior Retail Sales Representative to help build their mainly retail clients network and achieve sales goals in the UAE market.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Junior Retail Sales Representative is responsible for the retail outlets and chain markets sales and for the development and increase of the company’s sales volumes. The product also has potential in the on-trade e.g. hotels or restaurants but main focus will be high-quality retail, farmers markets or organic shops.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and develop Sales channels for the brand in the domestic market with effective sales strategies</li><li>Making regular field visits to the existing clients and develop new relationships with potential new clients</li><li>Work collaboratively with the supply chain and logistics departments to ensure in-time deliveries.</li><li>Report to the Sales Manager for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts/results</li><li>Provide quick solutions for the clients demands and complaints, develop customer relationships and handle possible crisis to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Implement promotion materials together with the marketing department based on the clients’ needs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience and knowledge in retail and chain markets (supermarkets, hyperstores etc.) sales Food &amp; Beverage Sector, ideally with high quality or organic products.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Fluent in English, 2nd language appreciated.</li><li>3 years of prior related experience preferably in Food &amp; Beverage and Retail Sales Department</li><li>Ability to work in competitive, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong presentation and analytical skills</li><li>Highly motivated, outgoing personality, strong work ethic</li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Company Car</li><li>Full-time position</li><li>Fixed salary and bonus based on qualifications and experience</li><li>An opportunity to grow with a young dynamic company</li></ul>
