<p>Role & Responsibilities -</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware / software.</li><li>Maintain licenses for all software and ensure that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contacts.</li><li>Maintain a sufficient inventory of computer related supplies.</li><li>Complete and distribute a monthly activities report to your manager, corporate head.</li><li>Monitor the performance of the computer software and maintain a log of performance reports, error and integrity check reports, system malfunctions and solutions.</li><li>Install and test corporate approved programme changes to the hotel computer systems.</li><li>Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.</li><li>Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.</li><li>Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.</li><li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.</li><li>Audit systems and assess their outcomes.</li><li>Preserve assets, information security and control structures.</li><li>Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills : -</strong></p><ul><li>Proven working experience as an Assistant IT Manager or relevant experience</li><li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation</li><li>Good English communication skills</li><li>Proven hotel experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>Bachelor degree required.
