Assistant Store Manager for Women’s Luxury Swimwear Store

<p>Our swimwear boutique is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.</p><p>- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.</p><p>- Ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.</p><p>- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized.</p><p>- Analyze sales data and create reports to monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive traffic to the store.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a fashion or swimwear retail setting.</p><p>- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.</p><p>- Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.</p><p>- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</p><p>- Passion for fashion, swimwear, and customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Salary + Store Sales commission </p><p><br></p><p>If you are an experienced and enthusiastic leader with a passion for swimwear and retail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to manage our small swimwear boutique.</p><p><br></p>
