<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Our dermatology and cosmetics clinic is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, maintaining a high level of patient care, and managing the clinic’s staff.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and that patient care is of the highest quality.</li><li>Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and estheticians.</li><li>Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Monitor and manage the clinic’s budget, including expenses, revenue, and inventory management.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient scheduling to optimize clinic workflow and minimize wait times.</li><li>Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the clinic has the necessary resources and supplies to operate effectively.</li><li>Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain patients and grow the clinic’s revenue.</li><li>Monitor patient feedback and respond to complaints and concerns, taking appropriate corrective action as necessary.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sterilized.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in a clinic management position.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If you are a motivated and experienced Clinic Manager with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Dubai.</span></p>
