Be decisive.</p><p>· Follow up and follow through.</p><p>· Get the right $h*t done right.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Keep it fresh</strong><span> </span></p><p>· Be the front runner & game changer.</p><p>· Encourage.</p><p>· Inspire & be inspired.</p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Position Purpose</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p>Responsible for day-to-day IT operations, provide end user support and fix application and network issues, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.</p><p>Ensuring that the network and systems are fully operational, and any loss of service or communication network is restored in a timely and efficient manner.</p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Key accountabilities</strong></p><p>· Provide Level 1 and 2 support for users within the required resolution time in order to enable smooth operations and ensuring that a high level of service and support is provided to all users promptly</p><p>· Ensuring that network and applications are fully operational, and any loss of service or communication network is restored in a timely and efficient manner</p><p>· Visit BOUNCE venues and travel as required to troubleshoot system and network related issues with immediate attention in order to fulfil the requirements of business</p><p>· Assist in monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Operating Systems, hardware, software, application systems, Wifi/network, CCTV and related computing environments for proactive measures to support availability of resources and reduce downtime of the business activities</p><p>· Maintain accurate records relating to incidents, requests, assets, licences and other aspects of IT service management to help manage the documentation standards of the organisation</p><p>· Undertaking and performing miscellaneous job-related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the HOD/Managers</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><p>· Understanding of LAN/WAN, Networking, Firewall, and Windows servers</p><p>· Knowledge of support systems for servers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.</p><p>· Demonstrable knowledge of diverse systems including Point of Sale, Microsoft 365, ITAMS and PABX</p><p>· Understanding of Anti-Virus, Malware, Email security technologies and concepts</p><p>· Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and proficiency with desktop and end user support</p><p>· Ability to communicate in a professional manner</p><p>· Able to travel whenever necessary within UAE</p><p> </p><p><strong>Education & work experience</strong></p><p>Degree or Diploma in the field of IT/Networking/Computing</p><p>Qualifications in Cisco, Microsoft or similar would be an added advantage</p><p>1-3 year experience in similar capacity</p>
