We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl- Qatar is seeking a Pool &amp; Beach Supervisor with experience delivering exceptional service. The deeply instilled Four Seasons culture is personified by its employees, people who share a single focus and are inspired to offer great service.<br><br>Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Hotel’s Pool Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaint, concerns or special requests for guests. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
