The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Group Treasury Subject Matter Expert to join the Global Treasury Management Division of the Financial Advisory Department at This Company.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Optimize external debt placement, including through the use of Preferred Funding Entities.</li> <li>Optimize Intra Group capital placement through Preferred Lending Entities.</li> <li>Provide input towards In-House Bank for cash pooling and payment factory.</li> <li>Apply your experience in global financial risk management towards operational needs.</li> <li>Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively as a team player.</li> <li>Provide insight with Global supply chain financing arrangements and group Treasury governance and organization requirements.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA or other advanced business degrees in a relevant field from a recognized and approved program.</li> <li>Advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA is preferred.</li> <li>6+ years experience in treasury field.</li> <li>Ability to mentor, motivate, train and develop less experienced staff.</li> <li>Demonstrated resilience in changing the culture of the Company.</li> <li>Strong team player with excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
