This team member will be responsible for monitoring financial reports, maintaining and completing client billing, and pulling data from multiple sources to analyze and present budget to actual variances.<br><br><strong><u>What you’ll do:<br></u></strong><ul><li> Monthly Closing & Periodic Reporting:</li><li>Follow up on the submission of the reporting requirements by the Operating Companies (“OpCo’s”) on a timely basis;</li><li>Ensure a timely and accurate upload of the figures on the WPP Management Reporting System:</li><li>For the monthly reporting: Review the monthly figures reported on the WPP Management Reporting System and promptly resolve any discrepancies, then finalize the submission on the system in a timely manner;</li><li>For the quarterly and annual reporting (budget, quarterly rolling forecast, yearly reporting packages, and others): Upload the reported figures on the WPP Management Reporting System in a timely manner;</li><li>Reflect subsequent changes and amendments, if any, on the System in a timely manner;</li><li>Ensure clear and accurate supporting schedules, reconciliations and breakdowns are prepared and filed to support the reported figures.</li><li> Financial Controls:</li><li>Coordinate with and assist the OpCo’s in the implementation of SOX Controls and Group Policies;</li><li>Follow up on the timely completion and filing of working papers related to SOX Controls;</li><li>Review samples of working papers filed by the OpCo’s in connection with the implementation of SOX Controls to ensure proper documentation is made in line with the Group Risk & Control Management Guidelines.<br><br></li></ul><strong><u>Who You Are<br></u></strong><ul><li>Detail-oriented | Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Collaborative | Interested in learning about the industry and the people who contribute to our success.</li><li>A strong communicator | Must be able to speak with all levels of employees, across various disciplines.</li><li>Resilient | Digs in and simplifies how to work around problems, asking “why not?” and “how can we make this better?”<br><br></li></ul><strong><u>What You’ll Need<br></u></strong><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
