Senior Node.js Developer

Job Description

Job Purpose:<br>Your primary focus will be on developing, testing, releasing and maintaining our Nestjs platform’s backend.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>o Developing new features, APIs, Socket IO and epics<br>o Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code<br>o Maintain current backend code<br>o Work directly with Owner and App team to achieve high-quality output<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Requirements:<br>Skills Required:<br>o Strong experience on Javascript, Node.js, Nest.js, Socket.io and typescript<br>o System Design, Design patterns &amp; Software Architecture.<br>o SQL / NoSQL databases and Database architecture skills.<br>o Solid Experience developing and improving REST APIs<br>o Experience with practices such as Test-Driven Development TDD<br>o Understanding non-functional requirements.<br>o Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.<br>o Ability to work within a self-organized, cross-functional team<br>o Work experience with laravel environment.<br>o Experience in cloud platforms like LinuxAlma, AWS and Google cloud<br>o Experience with Nestjs and Socket.io is a must<br><br>Experience Required:<br>o 5+ Years of experience as a Backend Engineer.<br>o 3+ Years of experience working with Nodejs
