Post Doctoral Fellow<br>KU is seeking a highly motivated Post-doctoral Fellow to work on producing milk fats through precision fermentation. The ideal candidate would have worked in setting up and running lab and pilot scale bioreactors for precision fermentation of microbial consortia using food/agri-waste as a source.<br>As part of the project, the researcher will have access to state-of-the-art research equipment and facilities at the Center for Biotechnology (CBT) and Food Engineering/Processing Lab and will get an opportunity to work alongside researchers and graduate students from various backgrounds as part of a wider team.
