L.L.C., </strong>through our continued association with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan offer design, sales, installation, maintenance and modernization solutions for elevators, escalators, moving walks and dumbwaiters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities.</strong></p><ul><li>Develop compensation and benefits programs, collaborate with Global Head of HR to deliver programs that are cost efficient, aligned with demographics, market practices and talent strategies.</li><li><strong> </strong>Deliver effective compensation programs to include base pay, incentive plan design and development, Global salary structure development, market pay analysis, and job evaluation.</li><li>Develop corporate benefit programs and collaborate with Global locations to review existing programs and recommend changes to deliver programs that meet the needs of the Region and are aligned with corporate strategies. Ensure all benefit programs are delivered in accordance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Continually assess the competitiveness of all compensation, benefit and mobility programs and practices against relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.</li><li>Develop and deliver communications, briefings, presentations, intranet content and other materials to employee knowledge and understanding of company reward programs and to ensure effectively delivery of the employment brand promise Globally.</li><li>Coach and develop team members, act as an advisor to staff to help meet established schedules and/or resolve technical or operational problems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experiences</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Technical Skills and Knowledge:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues related to compensation, benefit and mobility/expat programs.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in establishing compensation and benefit programs as well as an understanding of the strategic aspects of Human Resources.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization and ability to gain consensus.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to think strategically (3 – 5 years out).</li><li>Strong computer skills to include demonstrated proficiency particularly i<strong>n Excel and PowerPoint and Pivot tables. </strong>Experience in coordinating, managing, collecting and handling<strong> Big Data.</strong></li><li>Provide support in the analysis, development, design, communication, and implementation of global benefits, including benefits structure, cost analysis, and renewals.</li><li>Liaise with third party vendors and industry related partners to provide relevant regional benchmarking and strategic proposals for policies</li><li>Prepare data for benefits and salary surveys to support the ongoing improvement of organization total rewards programs and objectives</li><li>Support the process of salary proposals for new hires and promotions.</li><li>Maintain firm knowledge of local labour laws and regulations; Closely follow compliance and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits</li><li>Research and evaluate benefit programs and policies and stay up to date on trends and best practice initiatives.</li><li>Update documentation of Compensation and Benefits policies and practices</li><li>Assist annual merit review process with data analytics and data quality checks</li><li>Support in the budget planning process</li><li>Other projects that may be assigned from time to time</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong>Education:</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. Professional certification(s) in Compensation is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Summary: 8-10 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position.</li></ul><p></p>
