<p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Handle incoming calls and emails from guests inquiring about room reservations</li><li>Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and amenities</li><li>Process reservations, including taking deposits and securing payment information</li><li>Monitor room availability and suggest alternative options if necessary</li><li>Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and answer any questions they may have</li><li>Resolve any issues related to reservations, including cancellations and changes</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure guest needs are met</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all reservations and related information</li><li>Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The candidate should be/have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Very good experience in Opera</span></li><li>Previous experience in International hotel chains in UAE</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays</li><li><span>Arabic speaker will be an advantage</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
