<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities for the Job Title Role: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Screen resumes and job application forms.</li><li>Help to structure the job description.</li><li>Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.</li><li>Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.</li><li>Ability to manages new employee relocation that determines new employee requirements and arranges temporary housing.</li><li>Coordinate with the management and corporate recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements.</li><li>Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department.</li><li>Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.</li><li>Assist HR in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.</li><li>Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.</li><li>Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees</li><li>Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.</li><li>Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.</li><li>Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.</li><li>Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.</li><li>Maintain calendars of the HR management team.</li><li>Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.</li><li>Assist with performance management procedures.</li><li>Perform orientations and update records of new staff.</li><li>Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.</li><li>Maintain daily and weekly status & activity report. </li><li>Complete paperwork and exit interviews.</li><li>Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential skills and qualifications :-</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)</li><li>Proven 2+year experience as an HR Recruiter, HR consultant or a similar role.</li><li>Candidate must have strong communication skills.</li><li>Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems.</li><li>Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Requirements: -</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Great attention to detail, presentation, and passion about getting it right the first time.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Notes:-</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work area: Human Resource</li><li>Employment Type: Full Time</li><li>Location: Dubai-United Arab Emirates</li><li>Immediately Available</li></ul>
