<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>Supervise Community Liaison Officers (CLO). Responsible to engage with other team members including the Community Order Support (COS) Officers, Afghan community, conduct surveys, and work with interagency groups on how to better provide safety and security functions for the community. CLOs are present during intake processing to support processing of arriving personnel. Additional duties include providing mobile, roving, and static unarmed community order support services. Duties include roving (foot), mobile (vehicle), and static patrols. Role includes providing first response; recording incidents; and providing specialized unarmed community order support (COS) services and unarmed protection/safety services. Work responsibilities include performing static, dismounted (foot), and mounted (vehicle) community order patrols to maintain order, protect personnel and resources, and respond to calls for service.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supervise Community Liaison Officers (CLO). </li><li> Responsible to engage with other team members including the Community Order Support (COS) Officers, Afghan community, conduct surveys, and work with interagency groups on how to better provide safety and security functions for the community. </li><li> Present during intake processing to support processing of arriving personnel. </li><li> Additional duties include providing mobile, roving, and static unarmed community order support services. </li><li> Duties include roving (foot), mobile (vehicle), and static patrols. </li><li> Role includes providing first response; recording incidents; and providing specialized unarmed community order support (COS) services and unarmed protection/safety services. </li><li> Perform static, dismounted (foot), and mounted (vehicle) community order patrols to maintain order, protect personnel and resources, and respond to calls for service. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education / Certifications:</strong> One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.<p><br></p><ul><li> High School Diploma </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 3 years’ security or law enforcement/military experience. Experience working on U.S. Government contracts is required. Experience working with International Organization for Migration (IOM) or other humanitarian assistance organizations is preferred. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Be at least 21 years of age. </li><li> Be a U.S. citizen. </li><li> Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. </li><li> Must be able to speak, read, and write Dari and Pashto. </li><li> Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract. </li><li> Meet all standards as required by the contract. </li><li> Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. </li><li> Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required </li><li> Must possess Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or be able to obtain a MRPT. </li><li> Must pass pre-deployment requirements including drug test, medical, 52 hours of training, and a psychological exam. </li><li> Must be able to pass a physical fitness test (PFT) </li><li> Employees must be willing and able to perform job requirements in this environment, as well as deploying to Qatar for extended periods. Work schedules are typically six (6) days per week and twelve (12) hours per day. Work is performed in shifts and may include day or night shift. </li><li> Employees must be able to lift, carry and/or wear forty (40) pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time and be capable of running during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk. All staff must maintain physical, medical, and dental requirements for duration of deployment. </li><li> This contract is performed in a contingency operations environment, in a harsh climate, and sometimes hazardous situations. </li></ul><strong> We are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individual.
