<br><p>Job Title: Surgical Implants Sales Representative</p><p><br></p><p>Step Medical Solutions Ltd. is a leading medical device company in Baghdad, Iraq, specializing in providing state-of-the-art surgical implants for the treatment of spine and trauma-related injuries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Implants Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for surgical implants in the spine and trauma market.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service education to medical staff.</li><li>Attend and participate in medical conferences, meetings, and other related events to promote our products.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative duties as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as medical science, business, or marketing.</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of surgical implants for spine and trauma.</li><li>A strong network of relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors in the medical industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.</li><li>Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><br></p>
