<p>The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver creative, cutting edge design solutions for a variety of communications materials, including collateral, data visualization, merchandise, graphical identity work applicable to both print and digital, consistent with existing brand guidelines</li><li>Create infographics and presentation materials</li><li>Create Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. posters, presentations, social media posts)</li><li>Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events, Edit video clips for use on social media platforms</li><li>Create and communicate project plans and timelines</li><li>Present ideas and status to team members and clients throughout the process</li><li>Work closely with team members to generate creative ideas and concepts, discusses effective solutions, and ensures brand consistency and high standard of creative execution</li><li>Arrange, consult, and manage quotations, process and deliveries with third-party vendors including printing services, photographers, and translators</li><li>Assist departments with their communication objectives, and suggest the best kind of collateral that will serve their communication needs</li><li>Ensure the proper use of the clientβs brand on any collateral </li><li>Organize photo files and distribute requested images for relevant parties</li><li>Assist and support the team with digital design requests when necessary</li><li>Performs other duties, as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field</li><li>6-8 years of experience in graphic design</li><li>Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills</li><li>A portfolio of your design work that showcases your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in communication design, illustration, and branding.</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements.</li><li>Creates digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, e-commerce, websites, etc.) and others as needed</li><li>Works well with clients as well as account managers, and is receptive to feedback</li><li>Exceptional abilities in design and image processing software and presentation tools;</li><li>Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Lightroom, XD, Premiere, After effects )Advanced knowledge of web best practices for efficiency of web images and file size.</li><li>Additional software knowledge are preferred (3D Max, Google Sketch Up, Final Cut Pro)</li><li>Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Google Slides etc.</li><li>Proficient in Sketching – 3D Modeling – Mockups – Good presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.</li><li>Has understanding of web best practices and production of online creative materials</li><li>Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of different creative formats across social platforms and stays up to date with new formats and platforms as they emerge.</li><li>Able to act effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities, who can demonstrate initiative and has the ability to solve problems quickly.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and with other team members</li><li>Ability to adjust work schedule to complete urgent or time-sensitive projects</li><li>Organized work habits and time management</li><li>Detail oriented, resourceful, and a creative problem-solver</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English</li><li>Experience in a creative agency an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Only CVs with attached/linked portfolios will be considered.</li></ul>
