A Senior Product Manager’s primary job is to consider the interests of company stakeholders and accordingly come up with a vision and roadmap for their product. Senior Product Managers are then expected to align with all the relevant parties needed to build the product and follow through with the roadmap.<br><br><strong>Key responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery</li><li>Conduct user research to identify and address user pain points and inform product decisions</li><li>Define and track KPIs and key metrics to measure product performance and inform product optimizations</li><li>Create detailed product specs and oversee feature documentation to ensure alignment across technical functions and teams</li><li>Lead and mentor junior product managers and provide guidance and expertise on product management best practices</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in fintech and product management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech products</li><li>Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design frameworks</li><li>Strong technical and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives</li><li>Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority</li><li>Experience with agile product development methodologies</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>Highly supportive team culture.</li><li>Flexibility.</li><li>Unlimited Paid Time Off.</li><li>Family Medical Coverage.</li><li>Exclusive access to our money circles with ultimate credit limit &amp; reserved 1st slot.</li><li>Unlimited learning resources, and much more.</li></ul>
