<p>Envnt, previously Codelab, is now hiring Team Lead, with Attractive benefits and packages.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>o Review the analysis of the new system features with analysis team to confirm the new business and the feasibility of implementing it</p><p>o Design solutions and build systems architecture with the best engineering practices to save time during the development stage.</p><p>o Estimate modules and systems level, at the beginning of each iteration to achieve accurate plans & accurate execution time.</p><p>o Conduct Daily Stand-up meetings to keep following up with the execution of the plan</p><p>o Conduct technical interviews to help in hiring highly qualified team members</p><p>o Support team members to resolve complex technical issues shortly.</p><p>o Conduct code reviews to ensure the solution is implemented as per the best practices</p><p>o Conduct performance matrix to keep monitoring the team performance, utilize their time 100% and enhance their quality.</p><p>o Conduct appraisals</p><p>o Communicate the plans with the Project Managers to keep them updated with the latest project status</p><p>o Conduct live deployments at the end of each release and coordinate with the on-site technical teams to design integration or discuss any technical details</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>路 Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering</p><p>路 6 + years of experience</p><p>路 Excellence the use of the following technologies & tools:</p><p>o AngularJs / Javascript</p><p>o HTML</p><p>o .Net Framework</p><p>o Sql Database</p><p>o ASP.Net</p><p>o MVC</p><p>o Visual Studio.</p><p>o IIS.</p><p>路 Knowledge of Outsystems is a plus</p><p>路 Planning and time management skills</p><p>路 Excellent writing skills</p><p>路 Communication Skills</p><p>路 Ownership</p><p>路 Analytical thinking</p><p>路 Ability to handle multitask</p><p>路 The code must meet the standards of quality and time.</p><p>路 Leadership skills</p>
